This solution enables field-inspectors to capture data in various production facilities with the help of an app installed in tablet devices and without the need for an internet connection. The solution also offers a web interface where inspections are scheduled and assigned, data collected from the field are synced back and displayed in various tables and charts for deeper insights. Goal is to reduce paperwork and allow faster inspection-cycles, leading to more inspections being conducted and inspection reports being generated much faster.

Designed the Android app used for doing audits, the web based back-office app used for reporting and planning.

Audit reporting time brought down to two weeks from two months. Over 200 audits performed.
