This solution helps the construction vendors and construction site managers to coordinate effectively on construction material shipments. The solution consists of mobile applications (both iOS and Android) for drivers, for them to find out their deliveries and delivery locations.

The other part of the solution is a back-office web application that allows managers in the construction site and various suppliers to collaborate on scheduling delivery time and locations, track on-going deliveries at real-time and look at different dashboards that give show how, when and which areas of the construction site are busy.

Responsibility

Collect requirements from project manager and guide designers to execute the user interface designs required. Supported the front-end developers to solve the challenges related to design implementation.

Outcome

Construction managed for 6 sites in Germany and Switzerland. 2 of them are completed. Around 10,000 shipments managed per site.
